To make the -U option work you would need to do this: That looks like a fairly old build. Presumably Windows as well? If you look at the connection handle on the queue supportpaac you are connected on the Windows box you will see that the ID associated with the handle is your login ID and not myuserid. I'm trying now with an older build V4.

As we said above, the parameters are not absolutely identical to the SupportPac, but the majority are the same, and the vast majority of the manual is still applicable to the SupportPac.

When the Q program runs it does say "User Id changed to: Search results are not available at this time.
